Jessica Porter - Guard Coach
Jessica Porter is a full time student at Cal State Long Beach studying Communications with a minor in Journalism.
She currently resides in Lakewood, but is originally from Orange County, where she graduated from El Dorado High School in 2024. She marched their World Class colorguard all four years and was captain her senior year. During fall season, the colorguard and band were extremely successful, auxiliary being undefeated her senior year. In winter she was apart of the first El Dorado team to make it to World-Class Finals and in 2024 placed 6th. She then moved on to march Vox Artium World in 2025 and previously was a caption head at Buena Park High School.
She is very passionate about colorguard, as she has received the Most Inspirational Award, The Most Valuable Performer Award, and Most Improved three years in a row. She continues to volunteer time at El Dorado and their feeder program, Tuffree Middle School.
Outside of Colorguard, Jessica also works at her school’s convenience stores and Mendocino Farms.
