Lindsay Fisk - Brass Coach
Lindsay Fisk has served as the Instrumental Music Director at Sycamore Magnet Academy since 2015, where she is dedicated to inspiring young musicians and fostering a lifelong love of music. Her musical journey began in sixth grade when she started playing the trombone, eventually leading her to become Drum Major at Edison High School. During her high school years, she also performed with the Orange County Youth Symphony Orchestra for two seasons, further developing her passion for music performance.
Mrs. Fisk graduated cum laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. She later earned her Single Subject Teaching Credential from National University and completed a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. She is committed to creating engaging, innovative learning experiences while helping students develop both their musical abilities and personal confidence through participation in band.
