Band Leadership Auditions 2025-2026 - Below is the information regarding workshops and auditions for the 2025-2026 Leadership group. There are many positions to apply for that need to be filled for the next year.
Marching Basics, Drill Down, Colorguard Captain Lesson, and Parade Marching Basics – April 30 (3:45pm-4:30pm)(Drum Major, Captain, or Section Leader) Colorguard Captain – April 30 (4:30pm-5:30pm)(Drum Major, Captain, or Section Leader) Parade – April 30 (5:30pm-6:00pm)(Drum Major only) Conducting Conducting – May 1 (During Class)(Drum Major, Captain, or Section Leader) Leadership Interviews (Sign-ups) Interviews – May 1 (3:45pm-8:00pm) (Drum Major, Captain, or Section Leader) Banquet (5/2) - The Marching Band, Concert Band, Orchestra, Drumline, and Winterguard will be having a joint annual banquet on Friday, May 2nd, in the Tustin High School Sports Pavilion at 6:00pm. This is a time where everyone in these programs and their families are invited to come and get recognized for all the hard work. This year our Banquet will be catered. RSVP forms are due by April 23rd. Only current members and immediate family are invited. RSVP form Booster Meeting (5/7) - Our next and last booster/parent meeting is on May 7th 7:00pm in room 603. Booster/parent meetings last about an hour. Meetings are held in the band room and all parents who have students in the Concert Band, Drumline, and Colorguard are invited to attend. Booster meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of the month. See the schedule below at the bottom of the page. Agenda - (English - Spanish) Colorguard Workshops/Auditions for 2025-2026 - Workshops for the 2026-2026 Colorguard will be held on May 5th and 6th from 3:45pm-5:45pm. Auditions will be on May 7th from 3:45pm-5:45pm. Any student attending Tustin High School in 2025-2026 is welcome to come. No prior experience is needed. A flyer is attached. Flyer Cabaret Concert (5/15) - Jazz band will be performing their 14th annual Cabaret Concert on May 15th in the Tustin High Plaza at 7:00pm. The concert is free, but there will be food, drinks, and treats sold. You may purchase a ticket from Jazz members or Mr. Fisk. The ticket is $7.00 and it entitles you to a combo dinner package. Food will be available starting at 6:30pm. Call time for jazz members is 5:00pm. We need student and parent volunteers to help set up and work shifts throughout the night as well as donations. Sign ups Flyer Donations(coming soon) Leadership Work Days - During the last 2 weeks of the school year, the band leadership for next year will help inventory and clean the band room. They will sign up or shift. Schedule Graduation (5/27) - Graduation is on May 27th at 6:00pm on the Tustin High School’s football field. Students are required to perform at graduation. Call time is 5:00pm. Graduation attendance is only open to the parents of the graduating senior class. The dress is concert black. Chili Cook-Off (6/1) - This is our last fundraiser of the year and is on June 1st. We will be selling funnel cakes. We need parent and student volunteers to cook/sell the funnel cakes.
