​What is concert Band?
Concert band is the second semester after marching band. All the Musicians Play classical music at concerts
and festival.

When is Concert Band?
Concert band is taken during the school day. 

Which Group will I be placed in?
All incoming 9th graders will be placed in Symphonic Band.  Student will have the chance to audition to be in Advanced Band during April for the next school year.  The group will be filled by best instrumentation.  

How Many Concerts are there?
We perform at two concerts, festival, and non-seniors play at graduation.

What is concert attire?

Option 1

• Black Dress Top (past the elbows)(no T-Shirt)
• Black Dress Slacks, Long Skirt, or Dress (at least to the mid-calf)
• Black Socks or Black Nylons
• Black Dress Shoes (all black)

Option 2 (tux)

• Black Coat
• Black Pants (not jeans)
• White Tuxedo Shirt
• Black Bow Tie
• Optional Black Cummerbund
• Black Socks
• Black Shoes (no tennis shoes)

Avoid jeans and sneakers. All tops must have a conservative neckline.
