Band
Students should arrive in their full uniform (marching uniform) to the band room on football/competition days, as well as, a change of clothes{only for competitions} (Secondary uniform) to change into after the performance (in garment bag).
Full uniform includes
  • All hair tucked/put up under shako
  • No make-up, perfume, or jewelry (including earrings)
Parts of the Marching/Secondary Uniform
The Marching Uniform consists of:
  • Shako
  • Plume (handed out & returned before & after each marching performance)
  • Uniform Jacket (with Sash, Cords, Collar Guard, and Cape)
  • Uniform Pants
  • Clean White Band Shoes
  • Clean White Band Gloves
Other items
  • Clean white T-shirt
  • Clean plain white crew socks (no prints or designs, must cover past the ankle)
  • Clean boxer brief shorts (fitted)
(These items must be worn when wearing your uniform.  If you are unable to purchase any of these items, you must let the band director know before the end of band camp.)
 The Secondary Uniform consists of:
(only for competitions)
  • Red Marching Band T-shirt
  • Blue Denim Jeans (full-length pants)
  • Socks
  • Pair of tennis shoes
  • *Optional Jacket
(These items must be hung up in your clear garment bag (jeans and t-shirt) and in your shoe bag (tennis shoes and socks). Failure to bring these items will result in student not going to the competition.
